About Us

A stone’s throw away from the Duomo cathedral of Padua, the pizzeria al Duomo has for years been a point of reference for pizza lovers. We serve many dozens of pizza varieties from traditional to quite sophisticated ones, all with the same strong passion for high quality: from the choice of researched and selected ingredients to the actual pizza preparation and baking in the wood burning oven by Bruno, our very experienced pizza chef.

High Quality ingredients

At Al Duomo the pizza dough is home-made from a selection of flours and is always leaven at a controlled temperature for 48 to 72 hours, which makes our pizzas so light and easy to digest. The fiordilatte mozzarella is being supplied by Focchesato, a local family owned business. Always available our special pizzas, weekly creations of the chef based on a combination of fresh seasonal ingredients, mostly local but sometimes from other Italian regions.
